Nautilus Waterfront Condominiums is situated in an exclusive waterfront setting on the shores of Georgian Bay in Canada. We created the brand name, identity, creative elements and positioning strategy to convey the projects unique location, architectural design and appointments. The Nautilus brand was positioned as a stylish, luxurious and upscale lifestyle offer on a waterfront community. On-point content and messaging were all delivered through strong media presence, and regular social media interaction. These elements leveraged brand recognition and created buyer interest, the project sold out within months of inception.
