The company’s new growth and shift in business direction to focus on the needs of upper scale custom homes changed what the company stood for in its humble beginnings. The challenge was to introduce a position that resonates and connects well with all audiences. The initial homegrown identity became a liability, and therefore required re-branding its image and realigning its key messages to all audiences.
