Objective: Situated between Mississauga and Brampton in Southern Ontario, Credit Manor Heights offers a refined community setting just steps from the Credit River. Our objective was to highlight the area’s exceptional surroundings and amenities—including top-rated schools, diverse dining, boutique shopping, and the renowned Lionhead Golf Course. Blending nature, convenience, and modern luxury, this community showcases the best of both cities.

Results: We collaborated to develop a comprehensive suite of ads and promotional materials designed to elevate the brand and drive sales. The campaign proved highly successful—the community completely sold out.
